ID a flowering tree

White flowers in April-August, only grown 18 ft tall in 15 years, only 3′ from front wall of house and don’t know what kind it is. Can this tree be reproduced from its cuttings and how? Tree goes dormant in winter and comes back in spring. Produced red seeds, size of lemon seeds. Can seed be planted to reproduce? Need all the help I can get,as I am new to this.

There are many different trees that would fit this description.
Can you send us an image, as this would aid in tree identification.

Generally any tree can be grown from the seeds it produces.
