Q.Hibiscus Not Blooming

Why did my hibiscus not bloom all summer? It is green and lush looking, but not a bloom!

This is typically caused by a lack of phosphorous or too much nitrogen. Add some bone meal to offset the imbalance and help it bloom. It may also be a lack of light. It may be in enough light to grow but not bloom. If the tree is not getting at least 6 hours of sun, move it to somewhere brighter.
