Hisbiscus Leaves Tips Turning Brown

Question

My young hibiscus plant is s6 inches tall has brown leaves tips but not on all leaves. I water each day until the soil is fully wet. I keep it slightly behind one of my older hibiscus plants that’s in full bloom & fully exposed to the sun. I live in Tucson, Arizona zone 9 or 10? My plants are outdoors throughout the summer. Southern exposure. Any help will be most appreciated.
