Q.High winds 1015 & Texas red onion layed down for good?

Galveston area, I. Have higher winds than most due to no wind breaks, building,tre s etc. Wide open except for the house. Both types have layed down. Will they recover?
Planted in February after the semi annual sale in Hitchcock.

As long as they have plenty of air circulation, which it sounds like it has, it should not be a problem. They will likely recover, and continue to grow at an odd angle.
