Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comHow do I control this white ‘paste like’ spreading disease on my hibiscus stems. It kills the leaves beyond this ‘infection’. I have been washing it off with soapy water and it doesn’t seem to recur in the same spot.
