THANK YOU FOR TELLING ME TO CUT BACK MY TREE I FOOT ABOVE GROUND --- I LIVE IN EAST CENTRAL FLORIDA - 32796 - IS NOW END OF MARCH -- IS THIS THE RIGHT TIME TO DO THIS?  WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT TO HAPPEN ONCE I DO THIS ? - ALSO -- THE TOP THAT I AM CUTTING OFF IS BEAUTIFUL --- IS THERE A WAY TO ROOT IT SO IT WILL ALSO BECOME A BUSH ? - IF POSSIBLE,WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT ONCE I LIGHTLY SCORE IT -- WET IT -- DIP IT IN ROOT POWDER --- CAN I PUT IT IN THE GROUND ?
