I just planted 2 hibiscus trees one is doing real good but the other one is drubbing. The leaves are turning yellow. What can I do for it

Make sure the plant is happy in it's new location.
Watering issues are a likely reason for yellowing leaves. New planting should be watered daily for the first few weeks, but the soil should be well draining.
