Hibiscus That Does Not Bloom

My plant was taken indoors during the winter. It was attacked by some type of bug, which robbed it of its leaves. I managed to bring the plant back to health. Now that it is outdoors again, but it has not flowered at all. How can I get my hibiscus plant to bloom?

Give it some bloom booster fertilizer or bone meal. It likely lacks phosphorus, which it needs to produce blooms. This article has more information: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/garden-how-to/soil-fertilizers/phosphorus-plant-growth.htm [1]
