Q.Hibiscus Pruning
I live in southern Arizona – Green Valley, 50 miles from the Mexican border. My hibiscus is outdoors all the time in an east-facing location that receives sun until early afternoon. I water it sometimes twice a day and it is blooming continuously. But the branches are getting leggy – they have leaves but very small ones. I wish to prune it back but don’t want to harm the plant. I know it will cut off all the buds but I think the plant needs rejuvenation. Should I bring it into the house? I feel it is happy outdoors.
