HIBISCUS PROBLEM

Question

My Hibiscus leaves show damage (from pests?), and some of them are turning yellow. Photos are attached. Do you have any recommendations? Thanks ! Reggie

These plants are very heavy feeders, and this will be especially true in container. They require frequent half doses of fertilizer to be happy.
