Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comSomething appears to be cutting the buds off my Hibiscus. I tried mixing dish detergent with water and spraying, didn’t help. Bought a spray for flowering plants, didn’t work.

This can be due to pests, specifically Thrips.
