Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI have 3 hibiscus plants – two plants outside and one plant in a pot on a roof cornered deck. I live in Atlanta, Georgia area and so far I see no signs of new growth. Just was wondering if they are a slower spring leaf plant or need hotter weather.

Patience may be needed here. Warmer temps should help the plants perk up from their winter nap. Pruning may also help, if you haven’t alreasdy done so. Spring is the ideal time to prune back hibiscus plants, which will help with new growth.
