Hibiscus Planting

Question

I recently bought two healthy Hibiscus plants.  Can they be planted in the sun, or do they have to be planted in part shade/sun? I live in southeast Texas, where there is a lot of heat and humidity.

They are ok in the sun, as long as they get enough water.
