Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI have two hibiscus plants in containers. One of them is having the leaves turn yellow, and it has quit blooming. There seems to be some sort of crusty substance on some of the leaves and the buds. What do I need to do to save it?
