Hibiscus Plant Bugs

I have a plant that I got last summer. There are lots of little white bugs that fly around it. During the winter it is in the house. I noticed that there are little webs around many of the stems with the white bugs (I am assuming). How do I get rid of them? Thanks so much.

The white insects are whiteflies, which commonly affect hibiscus plants. It is important to thoroughly check plants (and wash them off) prior to brining them indoors for winter. The webbing may be an indication of spider mites. Either way you definitely have an insect problem, both of which can be treated with neem oil.
