Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI brought my hibiscus plant indoors this fall to keep it over winter. It has lots of buds on it some are ready to bloom, but it appears to have green stuff all over the bud. I am not sure but do think it is a bug of some sort. Also, some of the smaller leaves are turning yellow. If this is bugs what can I do to get rid of them? Please help as this is an absolutely gorgeous plant.

This sounds like a bad case of aphids! This is very common. I like to mix a little coconut oil in warm water along with some rosemary oil, mint oil, and garlic oil. Spray these down really well, and they will die. This is safe for use at any time and as often as you like.
