Hibiscus pest?

My hibiscus tree, which is indoors now, has developed ‘something’. The leaves, though they appear healthy, have scattered small holes in them. They are perfectly round as if made with a small drill bit. I don’t see any visible ‘bugs’ but it’s gotta be something. Until I can find out, I don’t know how to treat it. Thanks for your help. Kat

Tiny holes are usually attributed to flea beetles, and although those are mainly found on vegetables, there are so many different types that there could be one that has taken a liking to your hibiscus. Sawflies is another possibility.
