Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI have a red Hibiscus that I planted close to the foundation on the south side of my upstate NY home 4 years ago. It has wintered there as well, but only bloomed the first two seasons. Last year and now this year it has grown to a spindly 6′ tall with no flowers. What’s wrong here?
