Hibiscus Not Flowering

I over wintered my potted Hibiscus indoors. I lost some leaves but it stayed healthy. I moved it back to the sunny location it loved last year, and it has produced the most beautiful thick leaves. However, not one bud has appeared. Why do I have no flowers?

It sounds like it may either have too much nitrogen or too little phosphorous. Both result in lush leaves but few or no flowers. Add a phosphorous rich fertilizer to correct this.
