Q.Hibiscus in Pots outside
I just purchased 2 Gorgeous Hibiscus plants a week ago. Full bloom tall and healthy. Living in New York, the temp tonight is going down to 39 or as low as 36 degrees. I have planted them in huge pots and hard to lift and bring them inside for the night. Can I wrap them up or protect the roots just for tonight – to protect them? If the cold will damage them, I will have to bring them inside somehow.
