Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI planted seeds from a large pink hibiscus and yellow daisy looking plants came up. They’re very pretty but not daisies and didn’t look like hibiscus either. What happened? Seeds were planted in a flower pot.

It sounds like your seeds were mislabeled. Yellow daisy-like flowers are likely either black eyed Susan or yellow gerber daisies.
