Q.Hibiscus Flowers From Seeds

Anonymous added on August 5, 2011 | Answered

I planted seeds from a large pink hibiscus and yellow daisy looking plants came up. They’re very pretty but not daisies and didn’t look like hibiscus either. What happened? Seeds were planted in a flower pot.

It sounds like your seeds were mislabeled. Yellow daisy-like flowers are likely either black eyed Susan or yellow gerber daisies.
