Q.Hibiscus flowered indoors all winter but not now

Our hibiscus bloomed beautiful all winter. We put it outside and it hasn’t bloomed since. Looks like it could use a pruning. Haven’t fertilized either. Babied it all winter. Do I need to prune it or what?
