I brought my hibiscus indoors for winter and it is doing beautifully. However, there are these little black egg looking things on every bud and flower. Aphids maybe? What can I do to get rid of these nasty little things?

Yes, those look like aphids. Options to get rid of them include taking the plant outdoors and hosing it down to wash the aphids off, applying an indoor-safe pesticide like neem oil, or purchasing beneficial insects that feed on aphids. See these articles for more:
