Hibiscus Buds Not Blooming

Question

When I bought my hibiscus at Costco, they were blooming beautifully. We have them outside, PA, nice and warm, water them daily and have started using miracle grow for over a week. They get lots of tiny buds that dry up and fall off. They need to be blooming for my daughter’s wedding in 3 weeks–help!
