My hibiscus have finished blooming for about a month now. Pods are drying up and turning black. Will they reform more pods and bloom again? These are dinner plate size and it is their second year. Do I pick the pods off or cut the stems off? Thanks.

Just cut the pods off. They are likely finished but may rebloom for you if receiving adequate care.
