Hibiscus

Over the winter my Hibiscus plants froze and appear to be dead. I trimmed them today and the branches were dead and easy to snap. There is no new growth or even a bud. Dig them up?

If the stem somewhere is still alive, it will regrow. If the root is alive, you may get sucker growth from the ground.
