Q.Hibiscus

Over the winter my Hibiscus plants froze and appear to be dead. I trimmed them today and the branches were dead and easy to snap. There is no new growth or even a bud. Dig them up?

If the stem somewhere is still alive, it will regrow. If the root is alive, you may get sucker growth from the ground. This article will help you determine if it is still alive: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/environmental/how-to-tell-if-a-plant-is-dead-and-how-to-recover-an-almost-dead-plant.htm
