Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI live in College Station, Tx and an unexpected frost got to my hibiscus plants. The leaves are dying. Will they come back with the warm weather usually by March? Should I cut them back? Thanks for your help.
