Hibiscus

What liquid fertilizer do you recommend? Is it acid lover or alkaline? Which potassium compost? Which number is the potassium out of the three numbers? We are in gulf side of Florida in the winter and in Rhode Island the rest of the year. What would I do different in Rhode Island?

Potassium is the last number (K)
