Question

why didn’t my hibiscus come back. I live in SC . I brought the plants in during the winter and put them on my sun porch. Bit they have not regrown

If the temperatures were below 20 degrees F, the plant can suffer damage or even die.
A tropical Hibiscus can be wintered over indoors.
