Sometimes a lack of water will also cause drooping leaves. If it’s been in dormancy, then it shouldn’t require much watering until it begins waking up. So if you haven’t watered lately, it may need some in addition to a boost of fertilizer.
On the other hand, if it’s been getting plenty of water, it may have had too much, which can lead to root rot. You may also want to check the plant carefully for signs of pests, which could be stressing the plant. If you find any, simply wash down the plant (shower or hose usually works well) and treat it with neem oil.
