Our hibiscus plant leaves are turning yellow! We water almost every day and fertilize it once a month.

It could be either. Water only when the soil is dry to the touch on top,but don't wait until the soil is dry below that.

Also, make sure to give them fertilizer, as a lack of fertilizer can also cause yellow leaves.
