Hi there, our 5yr old foxtail palm seems to have not sprouted its next prong out the top it’s just kinda died and rotted just

wondering if it’ll sprout another one, or hopefully not just die.

Without more information about what led to the decline, we only can suggest proper watering and fertilizing and wait and see if that helps.
