dwarf apricot tree blossomed with small fruit but no leaves

I have an ultra dwarf apricot tree that blossomed and produced very small fruit this year but has no leaves. I thought that the tree was dead, I mean it looks dead, but when I trimmed a bit it is still green. It’s alive but not leafing out. Help! I want to save my tree but I have no idea what is wrong,
