n alfersco now my seedlings leaves are curlying Up Is it normal? Can I keep my seedlings in alfresco? Thanks in advance To break the cycle of gnats I have sprinkled cinnamon powder on my seedlings

This is likely a response to overwatering. It will be necessary to let them dry out ,some, between waterings. I would start with fresh soil and start new seedlings, being mindful of soil moisture. This article will help:
