Q.Hi, I Live In Brooklyn. I Need Your Help To Identify This Outdoor Plant. The White Blooming Flowers Turned Brown.

This looks like a Sedum. You can prune them at any time. They are one of the hardiest plants, as long as you don't let them get much water or fertilizer.
