Help with natural lawn and weed care that is pet healthy

Question

I have two new puppies that spend a lot of time in the yard and gardens. Their urine kills spots in my yard. I was hoping someone might have a cure for this problem. My other problem is killing and controlling weeds in my gardens and yard without using pestisides and non dog friendly products. I am looking for natural products that I can make and buy that will do the job. Does anyone have any ideas for me?
