Help! swarm of Whiteflies on deck plants

Question

5 days ago at dusk we could see a swarm of what we thought were gnats in the yard. In the morning my 50+ deck plants were covered in Whiteflies and there continue to be hundreds in the air across the deck. Live in Iowa and many of the plants will be brought in for the winter… minus the Whiteflies!
Is there a fogger or so something I can use for a 200 sq ft outdoor area?
