HELP!!!! Rats Are Consuming My Whole Tomato And Green Bean Crop, Even Though Enclosed By C Hicken Wire

The beans are not enclosed and I had good amounts of beans until the rats ate all the flower stalks and tiny beans. The plants are at 3 stages, but even the newest batch of plants all the growing tips were eaten off before they even got a start. I don’t know how to send pictures, but i have piles of eaten tomatoes…
