Help My Raspberry Bushes

Nailpro00 added on June 16, 2015 | Answered

I planted raspberry bushes last spring. They have been doing fabulous up until a couple days ago. The leaves got eaten by some kind of a bug. And some of the stalks look like they are dying. I took a picture of it but I can't post it here. Can anybody who knows raspberries please help me? I suspected that the bugs eating the leaves were beetles so I hung Japanese beetle traps. At this point I have caught nothing in the traps. I thought possibly I needed to fertilize because it has been a little while since my last time, so I did. I am not seeing any difference in the bushes. Please help.

This could be Raspberry Fruitworm infestation.
If this does not fit the description, Aphids are another common issue.

Here is more information.
