Help me identify this wildflower

I found this wildflower/weed(?) growing in my Williamsburg, VA, garden. It’s a new house (2 years old) so there was no garden before that. The plant is very short, barely 5 in tall but the blossoms are beautiful. It’s not growing in a flower bed or border but next to a path; it doesn’t look like any of the plants I have planted. I have not seen any pollinators or other insects on it yet. Thank you for your help.

It may be a skullcap, or something related that is also in the mint family. However, skullcap is typically taller than this wildflower.
