Help Identify This Garlic

I harvested my garlic which I planted early spring. These little guys were hanging on the side. The cloves I planted are local northeast Alabama garlic from an old homeplace.

This looks like what happens to garlic when it grows during the warmer months, instead of over winter! The heat gets to them, and the cloves form offshoots instead of tight to the main garlic.

These will be best grown over Winter!
