I don’t think it is a wild garlic, but could be. I’m sending more pics. Soft neck or hard neck?

Yes, pictures with more detail is very helpful.

The fact that it is a larger garlic, and flowers at all, indicates that it is a hardneck. Though, you may want to make comparisons, yourself. This article will help:
