Help Identify These Small Items In My Garden

Question

About twice a week in exactly the same location something is leaving these small orange items that look like animal droppings on the patio under a tree… I have no idea what they are. They are fairly dry in texture.. Please can you help identify what they are…

It could be squirrel poop. If you can get hold of a game camera, you can leave it running at night to capture the invader.
