Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI used about 4″ of tree mulch that was aged to almost soil and added on top of my garden and planted peppers tomatoes beans cucumbers , the peppers are not growing and leaves are not a healthy green same with tomatoes, but cucumbers and beans are doing well, can I add lime to help them grow? I think too much acid from tree mulch is the problem

unfortunately, your photo did not come through. I don't think acidic soil is the problem. A soil test for pH and for nutrient deficiencies will confirm a few things, but if those are in range, then I suspect overwatering to be the problem.
Root suffocation will stall plant growth, and cause discoloration, as well as bring about infection.
I can't see the issue at hand, so I cannot identify the problem with certainty. What I can do is include one of our articles that will give you a very thorough run-down of what tomatoes require to be healthy, in the meantime.
