Q.Help for a Jasmine

Can you help me find a decent potting soil AND a decent fertilizer for a Jasmine plant that is growing in a container indoors? It is near a southern window , getting watered but really needs some help.?

They are not particular about nutrients or soil, as long as the soil does not stay wet. Anything wrong with your plant is likely environmental, since they aren't really bothered by nutrient issues often.
