Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comThe leaves are drying up on two of my three new 1 gallon evergreen Hebe\\\’s. They all get approximately 6 hours of afternoon sun. I\\\’ve been giving them water about 2-3 times weekly if the moisture meter shows that they\\\’re on the dry side. They all have the same planting soil with good drainage. Should I cut the bad stems back, or just remove the damaged leaves? They\\\’re not dead, but the leaves look terrible. Will they grow new leaves this season?

Unfortunately, your photos did not come through. I am unable to see the state of your plants. I would go ahead and pot them up. 1 gallon is quite small to house any mature species. They are likely out of room.
