Having Trouble Identifying If My Bottle Palm Is Getting Too Much Or Too Little Water

I have three bottle palms in front of a house I purchased three months ago. Two of the 3 palms look fine, but the third is not doing as well. The end of the tips are yellowing and browning. Would this be an indication of too much or too little watering? I have attached photos.

Brown leaf tips can indicate lack of moisture but it can also point to a nutritional deficiency, possibly potassium. I've included more information about the nutritional deficiencies here.
