Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comwell, I re potted my snake plant today because I wanted it in a narrower pot to help it grow straight up, but a lot of it’s soil was lost since the pot was a little smaller than the original.I want to know if loosing some of the soil and what looked like some of the roots will kill it? I can’t upload any photos right now unfortunately, but hopefully you can answer my question.

If you are concerned with the decrease in pot size, You could always divide some out. It has been my experience that this will not effect the plant negatively.
